Booking your tour
If you'd like to take advantage of the free introductory tour, just let your manager know. All you need to do is agree on arrival dates and book your flights. Our managers will put together and confirm a tour itinerary with you, including which sites to visit. On arrival, you'll be met at the airport with a name sign and taken to comfortable apartments in Alanya.
Viewing your chosen properties
At the MK LUX Property office, we'll confirm your shortlist and, if you'd like, look at a few new options too. Property visits follow an agreed schedule, with enough time set aside at each one for a thorough look.
Signing the contract and buying the property
Once you've made your decision, we move ahead with the transaction. Reserving your chosen property takes just €2,000. The initial payment is typically around 30% of the property's price. Our lawyers are present at every stage of the sale, and our finance team helps you open the bank account needed to make payments.
If you choose an installment plan, we'll put together a payment schedule tailored to you. All you need for the transaction is a passport. The contract is drawn up in both Turkish and the buyer's native language.
